I NOSTRI SOCI
The 56 International Fur Federation members are located in over 40 countries around the world. They are organisations representing trade or farming associations in their country. The International Fur Federation (IFF) is the only organisation to represent the international fur industry. The IFF is organised into four regions: Fur Europe, The Americas, Asia and Eurasia. Each region has a regional director that works closely with the IFF office. All International Fur Federation members have signed our Code of Practice, which states that they will respect and work within the relevant rules and/or regulations of their country/region on:
- Animal welfare
- Environmental standards
- Employment laws
- Anti-trust, bribery and corruption laws
- International conventions including CITES
To join the IFF is to become a part of the worldwide fur sector. Each member is entitled to appoint up to four national delegates to sit on the IFF Council, which meets twice a year to provide views on the direction of the IFF.
International Fur Federation Members get advice and guidelines on trade issues, news on scientific, political and welfare developments, fashion and trends and support for PR work. The IFF also organises regular seminars and workshops for members.
